Creditor Matrix

A Creditor Matrix is a list of all the creditors in a bankruptcy case, including their names, addresses, and the amount of their claims. The matrix is typically filed by the debtor along with the bankruptcy petition and is used by the bankruptcy court to notify creditors of important events in the case, such as the meeting of creditors and the deadline for filing proofs of claim. The Creditor Matrix is also used by the bankruptcy trustee to communicate with creditors and to distribute any funds that become available for payment of claims. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Creditor Matrix is an important responsibility of the debtor throughout the bankruptcy process.
