Final Report and Account
Final Report and Account
A Final Report and Account is a legal document filed by a bankruptcy trustee at the conclusion of a bankruptcy case, providing a detailed accounting of the trustee’s administration of the case. The report must include information about the assets and liabilities of the estate, the funds collected and disbursed by the trustee, and any other relevant information. The report must also include a proposed distribution of any remaining funds to creditors or other parties in interest. The court will review the report and any objections filed by the parties and will enter an order approving the report and the proposed distribution if appropriate.
