IEP Amendment Document

An IEP Amendment Document is used to make changes or updates to a student’s existing Individualized Education Program (IEP) without conducting a full IEP meeting. It allows the IEP team to make minor adjustments to the student’s goals, services, or accommodations based on their progress or changing needs. The amendment document must be agreed upon by all members of the IEP team and attached to the original IEP.
