Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

An IFSP is a document developed for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with disabilities and their families. It outlines the early intervention services and supports that will be provided to address the child’s developmental needs and enhance their learning and growth. The IFSP is developed through a collaborative process involving the family, service providers, and other relevant professionals, and is reviewed and updated regularly.
