Special Education Exit Document 

This document is used when a student is determined to no longer require special education services and is ready to exit the program. It summarizes the student’s progress, the basis for the decision to terminate special education services, and any transitional support or accommodations that will be provided to ensure a smooth transition back to the general education setting. The exit document is developed in collaboration with the IEP team, including the student and their parents.
