Motion to Compel Discovery

A Motion to Compel Discovery is a legal request filed by a party in a lawsuit asking the court to order the opposing party to provide requested information or documents that have been withheld or inadequately responded to. In a trademark infringement case, a party may move to compel discovery if the other party fails to answer interrogatories, produce documents, appear for depositions, or comply with other discovery obligations.
