Continuing Copyright Application

A Continuing Copyright Application is a legal document filed with the U.S. Copyright Office to register a group of related works that are published or unpublished on an ongoing basis, such as a series of books, articles, or photographs. The application allows the copyright owner to register multiple works with a single application and fee, rather than filing separate applications for each work. The works must be created by the same author or authors and must have a common title identifying the group as a whole.
