Discovery Requests

Discovery Requests are formal demands for information or evidence made by one party to another in a copyright infringement lawsuit. They can include requests for documents, interrogatories, depositions, and admissions. The purpose of discovery is to uncover relevant facts, identify witnesses and experts, and narrow the issues in dispute. The parties must respond to valid discovery requests under oath and within set deadlines.
