Waiver Application (if applicable)

In some cases, a foreign national may be inadmissible to the United States based on certain grounds, such as criminal convictions or immigration violations. To overcome these grounds of inadmissibility, the individual may need to file a waiver application, such as Form I-601 or Form I-212. In immigration court proceedings, a copy of the waiver application and any supporting evidence may be submitted to demonstrate the respondent’s eligibility for relief.
