Beneficiary's Passport

A copy of the beneficiary’s passport should be submitted with Form I-130 to establish their identity and nationality. In immigration court proceedings, the passport may also be used to verify the respondent’s manner of entry into the United States and to determine their eligibility for certain forms of relief.
