EB-2A: Professionals with Advanced Degrees

For individuals who hold an advanced degree (master’s or higher) or a bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive work experience in their field.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must possess an advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Must demonstrate that their work is in the national interest.

Requirements:

• Must provide proof of educational qualifications.
• A job offer and labor certification are generally required, unless applying for a national interest waiver.
