Medical Examination (Form I-693)

The beneficiary must undergo a medical examination by a designated civil surgeon to ensure that they are not inadmissible to the United States on health-related grounds. The results of the examination are recorded on Form I-693, which must be submitted to USCIS in a sealed envelope.
