Notice of Change of Address (Form EOIR-33)

Respondents in immigration court proceedings are required to keep the court informed of their current mailing address at all times. If a respondent moves or changes their address, they must file a Notice of Change of Address (Form EOIR-33) with the court within five days of the change. Failure to properly notify the court of a change of address may result in the respondent missing important notices or hearings, which could lead to an order of removal being entered in their absence.
