Witness List and Affidavits

A witness list is a document that identifies the individuals who will testify on behalf of the respondent in immigration court proceedings. The list should include the witness’s name, relationship to the respondent, and a brief summary of their expected testimony. Witness affidavits are sworn written statements provided by individuals who have knowledge of facts relevant to the case.
