For professors and researchers who are recognized internationally for their outstanding achievements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have at least three years of experience in teaching or research.
• Must demonstrate international recognition in the academic field.

Requirements:

• Must have a permanent job offer from a U.S. employer.
• Must provide evidence of significant contributions to the field, such as publications and citations.
