Employment Authorization Document (EAD) (if applicable)

An Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is issued to certain foreign nationals who are authorized to work in the United States, such as asylum seekers, students, or individuals with pending adjustment of status applications. In immigration court proceedings, an EAD may be submitted as evidence of the respondent’s legal status and work authorization.
