Evidence of Maintenance of Status (if applicable)

If the respondent has been in the United States in a nonimmigrant status, they must provide evidence that they have maintained their status. This may include copies of I-94 arrival/departure records, visas, and other documents showing the respondent’s compliance with the terms of their status. In immigration court proceedings, this evidence may be important to establish the respondent’s eligibility for adjustment of status.
