Proof of Financial Support

Proof of Financial Support refers to documentation that demonstrates an applicant’s ability to cover their expenses while traveling abroad. This may include bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, or other financial records showing sufficient income or assets. Some visa categories may also require a sponsor or guarantor to provide proof of financial support on behalf of the applicant. Consular officers may use this information to assess the applicant’s ties to their home country and likelihood of returning after their stay.
