Request for Evidence (RFE) Response
Request for Evidence (RFE) Response
A Request for Evidence (RFE) is a notice from USCIS requesting additional information or documentation to support a pending application or petition. An RFE Response is the applicant or petitioner’s submission of the requested evidence within the specified timeframe. The response should include a cover letter explaining how the submitted evidence addresses the issues raised in the RFE and any supporting documentation. Failure to respond to an RFE or to provide sufficient evidence may result in the denial of the application or petition.
